MILD
This sauce is the first sauce that Marie created. It has fresh vegetables and entry level hotness of Habanero pepper. If you are cautious in regards to level of spiciness and want to enhance your dishes with some Habanero flavor, this sauce is for you.
HOT
This sauce is based on the same formula as the MILD pepper sauce, but the level of hotness has been increased a notch. If you like spicy foods, you might want to start with this sauce to enhance your dishes.
FIERY HOT
This sauce has much more Habanero pepper added and was originally developed especially for the Mexican market. If you want to experience the Mexican level of hotness, give this one a try.
BELIZEAN HEAT
This sauce is even hotter than the FIERY HOT pepper sauce and it is commonly used by the native Belizeans. If you want to experience Belizean level of spiciness, try this sauce.
NO WIMPS ALLOWED
As the name of this sauce explains for itself, this is for the true hot pepper lovers. Despite the higher level of hotness, you can still taste and feel the unique blend of natural flavors that bring flair into your meals.
BEWARE
This is it folks! The ultimate and highest level of hotness that Marie created. This comatose heat level sauce is extremely hot and it is highly recommended to be used by the drop.
GREEN HABANERO
This sauce is one of a kind and made from the cactus "Prickly Pear or Nopal" with onions, garlic, lime juice and vinegar. It is currently very popular in Mexico and Japan.
ORANGE PULP HABANERO
This special sauce was created in answer to some suggestions from local friends and it's made by using yellow Habanero peppers, orange pulps, fresh vegetables, and spices. The level of hotness is similar to our "HOT" and the added citrus flavor enhances much more of the Habanero flavor.
GRAPEFRUIT HABANERO
This sauce is similar to "ORANGE HABANERO" using grapefruit pulp instead.
